These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Digital Done Right Ltd website (digitaldoneright.co.uk) and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide Google Business Profile optimisation, reputation and review management, and (on our Growth package) social media management for Facebook and Instagram, sold as the following rolling monthly packages:

• Foundation — Google Business Profile optimisation, regular posts and photos, reputation management, and CRM access
• Growth — everything in Foundation, plus social media management for Facebook and Instagram

Full details of current packages and pricing are available on request or as published on our website.

Our services are provided on a rolling monthly basis. There is no long-term contract or minimum term. Either party may cancel at any time by giving 7 days' written notice (email is acceptable) to the other party.

Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due as set out on your invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within a reasonable period after the due date.

Any Google Business Profile, social media accounts, and reviews we manage on your behalf remain your property at all times. If you cancel our services, your accounts and any reviews or content associated with them remain yours to keep — we do not retain ownership or lock you out of anything we've helped manage.

To deliver our services effectively, we may ask you to provide access to your Google Business Profile, social media accounts, or other relevant platforms, and to respond to reasonable requests for information or approval in a timely manner. Delays in providing access or approvals may affect the timeliness of the services we can deliver.

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular search ranking, review volume, or increase in enquiries), as these depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes and market conditions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the service in the month the issue occurred.

We may update our services or these Terms from time to time. Where changes materially affect you, we will let you know in advance where reasonably possible. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
